Fetch & Fold Concierge is a locally owned wash, dry and fold laundry pickup and delivery service based in Granite City, Illinois. We pick laundry up from our clients' homes, professionally wash, dry and neatly fold it according to their preferences, and deliver it back to their door.
Fetch & Fold is built around convenience, reliability and personal attention, with a premium concierge feel that stays practical and affordable. Clients can choose standard laundry care as well as optional upgrades and special care preferences. As we grow, we plan to expand our service area and services while keeping that personal experience.

A 15 pound minimum applies to every order. Pickup and delivery are included within 10 miles of Granite City, Illinois.

Service area and delivery fees
- 0 to 10 miles: pickup and delivery included
- 10 to 20 miles: additional $5 delivery zone fee
- 20 to 30 miles: additional $10 delivery zone fee
- Addresses outside our delivery area are not currently served

- Hypoallergenic, free and delicate detergent: +$0.25 per pound
- Premium name-brand detergent: +$0.25 per pound
- Scent booster: +$0.15 per pound
- Eco-friendly laundry option: +$0.50 to $1.00 per pound
- Individual stain treatment: +$0.50 per item
- Eco-friendly stain treatment: +$1.00 per item
Bulky and oversized items such as comforters, blankets, sleeping bags and large bedding require special handling and are priced separately. Any additional charge is explained and confirmed before the item is cleaned. We do not offer dry cleaning, and we cannot accept fur, leather, suede or items labeled dry clean only.

Fetch & Fold Concierge is a small, locally owned business created for people who simply do not have hours to spend on laundry. Every pickup is handled with the same care we would want for our own home, and every client is treated like a neighbor rather than an order number.
We keep the process personal on purpose. You tell us how you want your laundry cared for, we follow those instructions every time, and we keep your items separate from start to finish.
